Goodfellas Pizzeria - OTR

Stopped in Cincinnati for one night as a half way point in a road trip and came to Goodfellas for dinner and drinks. We were not disappointed! The slices were massive and delicious. Garlic bread sticks were also so good. The crew working on the evening of Sept 2 were wonderful! Made us feel welcome and we had good chats with them. Whiskey collection upstairs is incredibly impressive as well. Would come back to Goodfellas without question!

CANNOLI OF THE NIGHT After attending Winterfest XII (for filmmakers and creatives alike) a friend and I went to meet up here to grab a bite. You have to wait in a line security will let you in when it’s busy, but the food is well worth the wait. I myself am Italian and a couple of the workers there knew I was a fellow paisan just by looking at me so you know this place is legit. I ordered one slice of pizza and one breadstick, but the portion is HUGE, it’s all you need for a meal. The man at the register told me “You know you want a cannoli!” I answered “I’m asking myself the same thing.” The man with the green bandana around his head said “If you buy one and don’t want it til later. remind us and we’ll save you one!” And so it was. One slice is equivalent to two paper plates aka my forearm?! I was amazed!! The breadstick is about half size, if not more, than a loaf of french baguette bread. The consistency of the bread of both items is crisp and soft, not hard or too chewy- just right. When my friends and I were getting ready to leave, I remembered my cannoli- onward I went to the front and reminded the man with green. Then it was, the cannoli of the night. Leaving out the front doors and into the city nightlife of Cincy, there’s something poetic about eating a cannoli than smoking a cigarette into the night. Was this what it meant to be a goodfella or a fella with good intentions? I let the cannoli decide, and it was sweet.

The pizza here is absolutely top notch. Fresh, cooked to order and fast. The crust here is something else, chewy, crunchy and leopard spotted perfection. I love walking here to pickup cheese bread and they treat my dog so nicely. The bar is also fantastic but I order out mostly. Edit: the crust here is *consistently* the best crust ever. Chewy, perfect bite, perfect flavor. Like really, nowhere else comes close.

Food was delicious, i loveeee the chewy crust. The staff was very friendly, the atmosphere was nice and chill. Family friendly upstairs seating until 9pm.

Pizza was tasty like always. Breadstick could have been a little sifter but was good especially when paired with nacho cheese. Lots of seating options in the speakeasy with a cool bar! Staff is friendly and helpful. Worth a stop!

Really well prepared pizza. Vegetarian options. All the other pizzas looked good too. Large slices. We went a little after 900p and they still had a lot to pick from. Huge bread sticks. Nice spot with the bar upstairs. We got our pizza to go. You have the option to eat in as well.

Decent experience food was good. Bit overpriced but the pizza was huge! Me and my girlfriend sat upstairs and it was a nice atmosphere. I would go back.
